The award reflects the impressive independent review scores submitted by Abney & Baker clients and their families. With their ranking an impressive 9.5, this really is a well-earned award.

So much so that this year they launched The Fairer Care Company – the recruitment arm of Abney & Baker which focuses solely on making life better for the care team. Since the very first day of Abney & Baker, when we signed up with the Living Wage Foundation before we’d even hired a single team member, we’ve set out to improve the pay and employment experience of care workers.
Every year since, we’ve tried to find ways to build on this and provide better pay and terms as well as a better employment experience.
